Quality Inn Homewood Birmingham I-65

I ordered a 2 bed room. 1 of the beds was used and dirty. All the towels were used so I had to request clean towels and toilet paper. The room looked old and parts of the wallpaper were peeling off. Definitely a quiet hotel and the reception staff was wonderful. Rooms could definitely use a remodel.

Not my go too either but, this place was better than the Days Inn. The food was better quality and they had a good choice as to what to eat. The front desk was helpful, nice and courteous. The rooms were small, bathroom clean. The rugs were filthy and heavy build up of dust on the rug baseboards. The beds were clean and comfy. I gave 4 stars due to lack of cleanliness of the rug.

I had no problems while I was there, which is what I look for when staying at a motel. The desk service was prompt, everything was in order in the room (which itself was neat and clean), and I was able to check in and out quickly. Nothing to say negatively about the place, and the wifi was fast and stable ;) Would recommend to anyone-

They were hospitable, they worked with us last-minute, any issues we had were handled promptly. My sister and I were very comfortable and the breakfast was nice in the morning. They have the flip waffle maker and I like the juice options. Thank you Tiffany for looking out for 2 stranded women from out-of-town who had a terrible experience at a previous hotel and really needed this great one. She got our minds off the stress and really listened to us. It was cold but the pool was clean and pretty to look at when we took in some night air.

It's obvious what has put this gigantic smile on my face. It's called Green Country! I'm happy to be home and here's no place like home. Alabama took complete control of my heart in the early 1970's and she's still blessing me. Oh to behold the many landmarks of our beautiful state have me celebrating my unforgettable history. Alabama hope beautiful you are Keep holding up your lights. There's so much happening in our world today someone is looking for your lovely light. Someone is looking for a reminder that Love is the best gift we got. Louie Armstrong said it perfectly well: "What a wonderful world !" Keep your head up & Keep holding up your light it's a beautiful light. Great people are doing great things in this Amazing State of Alabama. No 1 Fan Always. MrB

This place isn’t bad. I didn’t give 5 star because the photos that were posted on Choice Hotels do not accurately reflect how it truly looks. The outside of this place looks very run down. It’s almost discouraging. But I went ahead and checked in and the lady working the desk was very friendly and so was the maintenance guy. The inside of the place is decent. The lobby looks like it may have gotten an upgrade recentish, the rooms are pretty outdated though. The rooms are as clean as they can be provided how outdated they are. Pool has been shut down for a while it seems.

The breakfast sucks, I expected more!! The rooms are very comfortable & comforting. Housekeeping was great! The receptionist are lazy & will stare at you when you mention something They need to get done.
